order-by-tags

On one of my sites under development I have a category called restaurants with an autonumbered dataform page for each one. The title of the page is the name of the restaurant. There is a single tag for each page: "spanish", "french", "cafe", "takeout", "gastropub" etc. I could of course easily produce several tables with the ListPages module, one for each tag which was what I did initially. However, I have been asked to make it a single table ordered by the tags. So the result would look like:

cafe	Restaurant B
cafe	Restaurant C
cafe	Restaurant F
english	Restaurant A
english	Restaurant D
